I had my order shipped to my job (which is shut down due to COVID). Yes - even though you get to double/triple check your ship address I STILL messed up. In fact, I didn't catch it until I received a shipping notification. I immediately reached out to Dear Ava Gifts, fully expecting there was nothing they could do - again, this was my own stupidity, not theirs. They were incredibly receptive, intercepting the package en route to the post office. From there it was simple, they cancelled my order and I placed another with the correct address. Customer service is responsive, fast, and accommodating even when the customer is wrong. 5 stars on that alone.The gift itself is BEAUTIFUL, conveys just the right message. In fact, I've already placed a second gift order (now for my sister) and can't wait for her to get it!
