Good customer service

I bought my pregnant wife this for mother's day. Unfortunately when it arrived the one necklace was broken and the clasp would not open. I reached out via email to customer service and they promptly responded and we worked through the steps of getting a replacement sent. The replacement arrived today and my wife loves the necklaces and packaging.
