Arrived well packaged and timely and in a nice gift box with care instructions. Beautiful. Looks just like the picture. A very delicate chain with small lobster clasp difficult for my hands. A bit too delicate for what I had in mind....and I felt it could be too easily broken. I contacted the shop and received a timely response. Very satisfactory customer service.
