Naughty and Nice Double Necklace
The necklace was for my granddaughter. She loves it. It’s of good quality and very attractive. More importantly, I am more than satisfied with the customer service. The order was filled promptly. There was a small issue once the necklace was opened. I sent a photo and within a matter of days, a replacement was in my mailbox, no questions asked. That, to me, is a sign of a company that stands behind their products and puts the customer first.
